You should note on the form any variance from standard IMAC rules, eg, no sound testing, no pilot or panel required, etc... - Link to AMA Event Participation Form (sign in sheet) - This is the sheet (completed) that you return to the AMA along with your CD Report form in order to close your sanction. - Link to IMAC Contest Sign In Sheet - Link to AMA Contest Director's Report Form - Link to Funds Submittal Letter for sending Regional contest fees to IMAC National. Make check payable to IMAC and make the following notation on the front of the check: "NW Region". - Link to Score Sheets (updated to reflect Airspace Control Score) - Link to Judging Matrix Worksheet - Link to the IMAC National Unknown request form. Note that you must be logged in at the National site for this link to work, i.e., you must be a member. If you are not, it will not show the Unknown request form. Once you fill out the form, be sure that you click on the SUBMIT button or the request will be ignored. The button is located at the lower left of the request page and it is not obvious. This request must be submitted at least 10 days before your contest date in order for you to receive the unknowns in time. This is all handled via email. If you (the CD) are flying in the contest, you must designate some none participant to receive the unknowns via email. The designated person must also, then, get the required duplication of the Unknowns done and maintain security until the contest. - Link to the CD contest info list on the IMAC National site. It is less detailed than the NW paper listed above. - Link to a paper on the IMAC National site that talks to what a prospective CD has to deal with in running his/her first IMAC contest. Again, it is less specific than the NW paper included above. - Sound - If sound issues are big at your field, this link to the IMAC National web site has a bunch of good information.
